I am a Polish qualified Tax advisor (doradca podatkowy) No. 11171 (since 2009) and Advocate (adwokat) at District Bar Association in Warsaw No. WAW/Adw/4457 (since 2013) with experience in tax, commercial and civil law having an extensive experience in working in an international business environment. I speak fluently Polish, English and German.
In 2007 I started my professional career by joining Deloitte’s tax department. Between 2008 and 2016 I worked as a tax advisor at White&Case where I was responsible for tax advisory services related to all categories of taxes. During my studies I worked as a trainee for the law department of Deutsche Bank at its headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, for the Polish consulting company MDDP and for the Warsaw office of German law firm Gleiss Lutz.
I graduated with distinctions from the University of Warsaw after studying at two faculties: law and journalism. I also studied for a year at the Law Faculty of University of Konstanz, Germany. On the top of regular lectures I attended two additional programs at the University of Warsaw: a year-long German Law School (graduated with disctintions) and Center of American Law.
In summer 2009 I attended the Double Tax Treaties programme which was conducted as CEE Vienna International Tax Law Summer School organized by Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law Vienna University of Economics and Business.
I am pleased to be present on the list of German speaking lawyers in Poland which is held by the German Embassy in Poland. I am also member of German-Polish Association of Lawyers (DPJV e.V.).
In my practice I cooperate closely with a broad network of experts: an accounting firm, notary public and sworn translators (German, English). I closely cooperate with family accounting&advisory company J&M Consulting Sp. z o.o.
I am author of numerous articles on tax topics.
